Yes, Megastore Express is designed to make this quick and easy for you. Just order through the app and collect when you arrive at Stamford Bridge by showing your order confirmation (QR code) at the collection point.

You can find Megastore Express in several places in the app:

• My Tickets: Tap My Tickets and you’ll see a Megastore Express button at the top.
• My Chelsea: Open the My Chelsea from the button in the top right of the app. You will find a carousel with a Megastore Express link.
• Explore: Go to the Explore tab at the bottom of the app. You’ll also find a Megastore Express link in the carousel there.

If a product is not shown in the Megastore Express range, it isn’t available via this service. You may still be able to purchase it in the Megastore so please come to see us at Stamford Bridge.

Full personalisation is not available through Megastore Express. You'll be able to select from a range of our most popular player, number configurations. If you would like custom printing, we recommend you come to the megastore directly where this can be arranged.

• Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. This will contain your order details, QR code, collection location & more. You can also find the QR code in the Chelsea FC app’s Megastore Express page, under My Orders.
• When your order is ready for collection, you will receive another email informing you of this.

Check your spam/junk folder for your confirmation email. Your QR code will be visible in the confirmation email. If the QR code is not appearing, show the order number to a member of staff when you collect.

You will collect your order from the Megastore Express unit, located on your right as you enter Stamford Bridge by the Brittania Gate entrance.

• The collection window will open 2 hours before kick-off until 1 hour post full time. You will not be able to collect outside of this window.
• When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email you informing you of this.

You simply need to show the QR code associated with your order. You will receive this via your confirmation email, and additionally in the My Orders screen within the Megastore Express feature. On a matchday you need to show this QR code to a member of staff at the collection point. They will scan it to verify your order and mark it as collected.

Orders will be held until closing time, typically one hour after final whistle. If the order has not been collected by this time, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed. Should you still wish to purchase the same product on a later date, then please visit the Megastore or our online store.

No, you only need the app to place your order. While you can use the app for collection, your QR code will also be emailed to you.

Yes, you can return or exchange in accordance with our terms and conditions. Visit the Stadium Megastore, bringing your collection confirmation with you.

Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be amended. You will need to contact the megastore who will be able to cancel the order. You will then receive a full refund and be able to place a new order.
